Founded by Michaël Cotard, Cotard Chocolatier Glacier has embodied passion, precision, and creativity in the art of chocolate‑making for over thirty years.
A true sculptor of flavor, Michaël Cotard and his team enthusiastically craft chocolates with varied, harmonious, and perfectly balanced flavors, as well as sorbets and ice creams that awaken the senses through a unique culinary and artistic experience.
Inspired by nature, he draws his ideas from fruits, spices, and essences that fuel his creative universe.
His talent has earned him numerous distinctions, including the title of Best Chocolatier in Canada 2015, as well as second place in the Americas and twelfth worldwide at the prestigious World Chocolate Masters competition.
By his side, Judith Lamontagne, chocolate artist, continues this pursuit of excellence. She earned second place in North America at the World Chocolate Masters 2024, along with first place for her artistic piece.
