From February 7 to 16, the Quartier Petit Champlain and Place-Royale will celebrate the Quebec Carnaval!

** ICE SCULPTURES
Theme – Popular animals.
In the streets and parks of the area.
38 ice sculptures including 3 ice slides (Félix-Leclerc Park, Petit-Champlain Park and Batterie Royale).

Discover nearly 40 ice sculptures created by the team of Sculptures Michel Lepire according to the theme “popular animals”. Young and old will recognize animals that have marked different generations.

The sculptures will be illuminated in the evenings, creating a magical atmosphere.

Creation of the sculptures from February 4 to 8, come see the artists at work!

 

** FROZEN SATURDAYS
Free animations, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.- in the streets and parks.
Enjoy the winter season with your family and take part in free entertainment on Saturdays with our funny animators. Winter challenges, traditional dances, music, tug-of-war and more will be there.

** ANIMATED TERRACE
Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Côtes à Côtes Resto-Grill. Giant slide, outdoor fire and other entertainment.

 

** OUTDOOR BAR
Fridays from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Félix-Leclerc Park

Caribou, Sortilège, coffee, hot chocolate and other drinks service.

Discount offered to effigy holders.

 

** WARM SPACE AND FREE MUSICAL SHOW
Saturdays February 8 and 16, inside the Petit Champlain Theater, in the halls.
A space created to warm up: Carnival decor, traditional music and live musical performances.
New-trad musical group Les Chauffeurs à Pieds, at 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
